Amidst being confined to the indoors due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, I posed the question, "What makes you happy?" to a wide range of individuals. A majority of the responses were common and understandable; family and friends, good food, music, nice weather, etc. I began to think of how I could group all of these responses together. Being inside all day ultimately led to the thought of wanting to travel. Is there a better way to have these things become in sync with one another than by traveling?
These two posters were featured in my Senior Show at ECU. Being these were displayed to the public during the pandemic, an opportunity arose to create a virtual gallery, hence the name "Hybrid Happiness". For this virtual gallery I decided to animate one of the posters I created.
